Please note : We do not offer Exchange (i.e. Returning one product and getting another product in exchange.)

However if you’d like to exchange your product – you can place a ‘Return’ request for your current order and get the desired product through Refunded Amount issued against your ‘Returned Product.’

Clearance Sale Products are not eligible for Return

For orders within India :

We offer easy returns! Just email our team at within 7 days of receiving your order.
You can opt for refund to the original mode of payment.

In the case of refund to the original mode of payment, we will deduct Rs 100 against the pickup charge and the remaining amount will be refunded back.

Please note that the return window closes after 7 days. Forward shipping charges are non-refundable.

A product is also eligible for return within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

The product is damaged in transit.

A wrong product has been sent by our team.

There is a item defect on the product.
In cases where the product is damaged in transit, we offer free doorstep pickup and a replacement product of the same design.

If a wrong product has been sent by our team, we will arrange for a free doorstep pickup and delivery of the correct design.

If your order has a item defect*, please write to us at within 7 days of delivery along with the order ID and a picture and an opening video clearly highlighting the defect, and our team will be happy to help you out

Change of address requests are only accepted if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. In case of an address change after dispatch, we will deduct Rs 100 as shipping charge, from the refund/exchange value.

Any purchases made from other online portals will be governed by the refund and return policies of those portals and will need to be escalated to the concerned portals only.
